There are items which you don’t think about when putting a project together, small details. They took care of those and offered great design ideas. Dave’s staff explained items and offered suggestions on how to do it better. They kept me well informed as to where we were in the project. His crew was excellent to work with. They certainly were professional but relaxed enough to make you feel comfortable asking questions or doing a follow up on an item.

“During the “Red Room” redo, we were delighted to discover that you/your team could accomplish several plumbing, electrical, and trim work issues that also needed attention. Your team single handedly accomplished all the things we needed to get done (or fixed) at that time!

We realize that it must be more “tedious” to work with a finished home than in new construction. Both Jim and Brad were especially careful and concerned about not letting their work process effect anything nearby. We really appreciated that.
